I’m Myles Treharne. I joined Finerva in 2020, having 20+ years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor specialising in M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Structured Finance, Capital Markets and Investment Banking.
I am an EY trained Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. I joined Finerva in 2020, having 20 years of experience specialising in M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Structured Finance, Capital Markets and Investment Banking.
My current role at Finerva is focused on providing strategic CFO support to Founders and advising clients on M&A transactions, acting both for Founders on exit (i.e sell-side) and for VC and PE funds on take-overs (i.e. buy-side).
I am also experienced in tax structuring, structuring management incentive schemes (including EMI Share Options, Growth Shares etc. ) and helping Founders with raising capital (including EIS & SEIS).
Before joining Finerva, I was part of the founding management team of a KKR-backed business in the energy sector.
I’m inspired by entrepreneurs and professionals that want to do good and improve the world.
That is why I love working at Finerva: on the one hand, it is incredibly rewarding to help Founders drive their business forward; and on the other, it is also a pleasure to also work alongside and be part of the Finerva team.
I live in Switzerland with my family and am a keen cyclist, skier, and rugby coach.
I also hold an MA from the University of Cambridge.
